When feeling bad about your community
is just not good enough. Your internal corporate challenges may be affecting the way that you're viewed by the public and harming your chances to broaden your customer base. We’ll help you improve your social capital and work to improve the community around you. |
Consider this sample scenario:
A regional community sports & recreation league has been struggling to manage disputes among teams, coaches, parents and financial contributors. Coaches are not communicating with one another, let alone with the families of team members. Parents are removing their children from league participation. Student athletes are losing interest in sports and steadily abandoning team practice sessions. Financial contributors are regularly stepping outside of league guidelines and current bylaws. The municipality that hosts this sports & recreation league has an ongoing history of racial tension and hopes to encourage community unity through regional, recreational sports. |
